📅 THE RETREAT EXPERIENCE
This retreat follows a gentle but deeply structured daily rhythm. Periods of silence are held throughout the day to support your practice.

• 6:30 AM: Morning Meditation
• Daytime: Mindful kindness practices & afternoon workshops
• Evening: Wisdom talks covering deep themes like Arriving to the Present Moment with Kindness, The Healing Power of Kindness, and Kindness to Others.

✨ Day 3 Excursion: A guided group trip to Wat Doi Suthep, with a possible stop at Huey Keaw waterfall.
