Reiki Level 1

This two day training will introduce you to Reiki as a tool for healing, empowerment, and well-being. Reiki is a Japanese word that translates to Life Force Energy, which can be accessed by anyone as a tool bringing more loving presence, balance, and harmony into your life. A regular Reiki practice can help release stress and tension and offer peace of mind.

In this training, you will:
- learn the history & effectiveness of Reiki
- receive Level 1 attunements
- learn the Reiki principles and how they can help cultivate mental/emotional health
- study the chakras and energetic body
- have time for hands-on practice using Reiki for yourself and others
- receive a training manual and certificate of completion
