Join us for a powerful workshop led by Robert Barrett that explores how leadership can set the tone for a mindful, inclusive culture. By learning to “read the room,” promote clear communication, and balance trust with accountability, you’ll leave with practical strategies to foster a supportive, empathetic atmosphere—one where everyone can thrive.

What You’ll Learn
* Mindful Culture Building – Techniques to create a supportive, inclusive school environment.
* Effective Communication – How to “read the room” and establish clearer lines of delegation and collaboration.
* Trust vs. Control – Insights into creating the right balance for stronger relationships and improved well-being.

Through presentations, whole-group and small-group discussions, and hands-on exercises, you’ll gain valuable tools to transform your school from the top down.

Special Inaugural Rate (Regular Price: 4,000 THB/person):

This workshop is delivered in English, with Thai support available.

Led by Robert Barrett, 30+ years of educational experience, including nearly 20 as a leader at a multicultural private school in Copenhagen that combined academic excellence with a strong focus on students’ well-being. A lifelong mindfulness practitioner and nominee for Denmark’s best teacher, he now advises parents and educators on integrating mindful leadership and universal values into school communities. Robert holds degrees from McGill University and the University of Toronto.
