This is a great time for reflection, even though there will be more light we know that the days are still cold. Welcome the opportunity to be indoors nestled in the blankets with your loved ones.
Take the stillness as an opportunity to deepen the relationship with yourself and become curious about your growth. The growth you have already made and the growth yet to come. Welcome reflection over the year that is coming to an end. The losses, the lessons and the love.
This is the time of the year where intentions are planted for the year to come.
