Rooted Wellness Collective + 1st Phorm are hosting a 45-minute walk at Riske Field, the track at Central High School. No fee or no fitness level required. You show up, you move, you go home feeling better than when you got there!

ALL ARE WELCOME! Bring the whole family, your stroller, your neighbor, the coworker you've been meaning to catch up with! We just ask that the pups stay home so we can take good care of the track we've been given access to.

We'll have 1st Phorm products out to try, too!!

And if you're thinking "I don't know anybody who goes to that", that's most people their first time. Come by yourself and I promise you, you'll leave feeling like you belong!

PARKING INFO: Park on the WEST side of Central High School by the track and field.
