Curious about yoga but not sure where to start? Join us for a fun and welcoming introductory yoga session designed especially for pickleball players or those curious in learning more about pickleball right here at the facility! This beginner-friendly class will focus on gentle stretching, balance, mobility, and recovery — all things that help you move better on the court and feel great off of it.
Whether you’re looking to improve flexibility, prevent injuries, or simply unwind after playing, this is a relaxed opportunity to experience how yoga can support your pickleball game and overall wellness. No prior yoga experience is needed — just bring yourself, comfortable clothes, a yoga mat and an open mind.
This special trial event is a chance to explore yoga in a low-pressure, supportive environment and help us gauge interest in future yoga offerings at the facility.
