Artist Reset Sessions are a free wellness series designed to support the mental, emotional, and creative health of musicians, artists, and cultural workers. The January session will be led by our Lincoln crew member, Keith Howard who also happens to be a yoga instructor! This 60 minute guided reset session will take you through a series of basic hatha yoga postures followed by a meditative yoga Nidra practice.   Yoga Nidra is a mind-body practice that integrates conscious relaxation and is completed in stillness while sitting or lying down.  This session welcomes first timers and longtime practitioners to separate from harmful thought patterns, realign your frequency, and reconnect with your true Self.
