Join us for a Free Yoga Weekend at Slack Tide Yoga on Saturday, June 6 and Sunday, June 7, and experience our new space, our teachers, and the way we structure yoga as a supportive, accessible pathway system.

If you’re new to us, this is a great chance to see how everything fits together. Our classes are offered through simple pathways so you can choose what works for your body, experience level, and energy that day:

Define: grounding, therapeutic, beginner-friendly support
Integrate: stronger, more dynamic practice that builds on the basics
Elevate: 90-minute immersive experience that goes beyond the poses
Classical Yoga Fundamentals: a clear, approachable introduction to traditional yoga foundations
Classical Yoga: invigorating traditional Ashtanga practice rooted in breath and consistency
Yin: slow, restorative holds for release and nervous system support
Effort + Ease: strength-building movement followed by deep yin release

You don’t need to decide ahead of time. Just show up and choose what fits how you’re feeling that day.

Throughout the weekend, we’ll also have live music, light refreshments, raffle prizes, special membership offers, and plenty of time to explore the new studio and connect with community.

Yoga isn’t just movement. It’s a proven way to reduce stress, improve sleep, and support overall well-being. Even one class can help you feel more grounded, clear, and connected.
