Extended Warm Vin+Yin: Thanksgiving Edition

Our holiday tradition returns with the much beloved 90-minute warm vin+yin!

Vin+Yin is the best of both worlds. The beginning of class is rooted in vinyasa flow, in a dynamic sequence that quenches the body's thirst for movement and shakes loose disruptive mind chatter.

The second half of class transitions to a yin practice, where postures are held longer, often supported by props, to target deep stretching and release of fascia.

This class is suitable for all levels. Bring a towel, water and an open mind.
