Womens' Rustic Day Retreat

A day of self-care might be just what your heart and spirit are craving right now. Join us for the day to explore and experience the rich landscape of your inner world while surrounded by nature in a quiet and woodsy setting.

This is meant to be a gentle time of ‘just being’ in a space that feels nurturing and comfortable. Each participate is invited to bring their own yoga mat, blankets, pillows and anything else that will make your personal sanctuary space cozy.
