Personal trainer, Bob Defiglio leads movements based on boxing and cardio drumming plus a special technique to increase speech volume. This program is uniquely tailored to improved flexibility, balance, agility, gait, posture, endurance, breathing, and muscle building, and affected by Parkinson's.
In the next room, we offer a support group style meeting for caregivers.

The Parkinson's Exercise Program is free of charge each Wednesday in the Residences at Coffee Creek Fitness Center while families and caregivers share coping tips during the Support Group in our Four Seasons Room.
