From 3-7pm every Wednesday starting April 8th, 2026 and going until May 27th, 2026, we will be at the Coffee Creek Farmers Market collecting your food waste.

Address: 2300 Village Point, Chesterton, IN.

Community members are encouraged to bring their food scraps such as, fruit and vegetable peelings, coffee grounds, and eggshells, to the market. 

Volunteers + Food Waste Joe will be on hand to ensure that the waste is suitable for composting and to provide guidance on composting practices.

By working together, we CAN continue to make a positive impact on our environment!
