“When Someone You Love Is Struggling: A Family Guide to Support & Hope”
This free community training is designed for family members, partners, and friends impacted by substance use and mental health challenges.
When someone you love is struggling, it can feel overwhelming, confusing, and isolating. This workshop offers education, practical tools, and reassurance for those who want to help but aren’t always sure how.
Participants will learn:
How substance use and mental health challenges can affect behavior
Ways to communicate that reduce conflict and increase emotional and physical safety
How to set healthy boundaries while maintaining compassion and connection
Most importantly, attendees will leave with practical strategies they can use immediately, along with a clear path to ongoing support through Three20 Recovery Community Center’s Family Peer Coaching, CRAFT groups, and trusted community resources.
This training is open to anyone in the community who loves someone who is struggling.
You don’t have to navigate this alone.
The training will allow for questions at the end.
