Adapt, Adjust, Accommodate

The multitude of fish, birds and monsters from the depths appearing on the 5th day of creation are a result of an action chosen through understanding and will. Many variations and options appear along with significant resistance. We engage our senses and intuition in our discernment process for our next steps. We remain grounded in Spirit when confronted with resistance.

A sound bath with drum and vocals by Barbara Ann Tisi and Robin Echols Cooper will introduce the meditation.
