It can slow brain waves, lower cortisol levels, and activate the nervous system's relaxation response.​So if you're looking to ground yourself, relieve stress, aid sleep and relax. - this is the place to be!PLEASE NOTE: The workshop may well be noisy due to its nature.If you can be at Casa Hotel for 9.45am, our Welcome Team will direct you to the Murcia Suite on the 6th floor, giving you time to get settled and ready to start at 10am prompt.Please bring: yoga matts (or thick blankets) to lie on plus a blanket to cover yourself with during the sound bath.  Waer warm cloths as our bodies cool down when we are still for any length of time.If there are still spaces, tickets will be available on the day - check in the with Welcome Team in Reception when you arrive.
