I typically support women to explore family patterns, relationship dynamics, and emotional blocks through Systemic Constellations therapy.

Many arrive feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by grief, inherited patterns and stories. In this work, we uncover hidden entanglements and create space for more ease, clarity, and connection. It is deep embodied healing work.

Who is this workshop for?

People who want to heal familial patterns and relationship dynamics, perhaps they've seen Netflix drama AnotherSelf and wish to experience this modality for themselves.

What will you experience?

Seeing inner dynamics mapped out in a 3D living map, with people representing different elements, perhaps family members, life events and abstracts like 'love' or 'grief' helps to see things which have been hidden and put words to things which have not been said.

Knowing we are not alone with our shame and grief can be healing in itself, having an embodied experience of the moving dynamics is extraordinary.

How will this workshop help you?

The work brings clarity around hidden family patterns, releases inherited burdens creating healthier boundaries and better relationships. People often think the work is 'magical' as people access certain truths without prior knowledge to the stories. We start with safety and gently explore loyalties and restore some order to the system.
