New Jogging Group

Get your running shoes on!!
Andrea is starting a new weekly jogging group from Monday 25th February.
Meeting in reception for 9.30am start the group will be open for all abilities.
If you are new to jogging do not fear - no-one will be left behind. Going at a nice steady pace to ease you in, our instructor Andrea will be with you every step of the way.
From Sunday 17th Feb members will be able to book onto the session at reception, non-members can book from Monday 19th Feb.
However please feel free to turn up on the day.
We will be starting groups at different times later in the year to try and suit more people but for now get 25th February in your diary - we look forward to seeing you here soon
