This year’s theme, “Powered by You”, puts YOU at the heart of the movement – and we’ve got a full day of fitness, fun, and prizes across Queen’s Park Sports Centre and the Healthy Living Centre.

Here’s what’s happening:
? Gym challenges taking place throughout the day
• Test your strength in one-minute challenges: press ups, sit ups, and squats
• Separate leaderboards for male/female participants
• Top scorers across both centres will win 1 month’s FREE membership
• Staff will be on hand to verify attempts

? Adults sports day fitness class
• Relive the fun of the playground with egg and spoon race, sack race, tug of war, skipping, bean bag toss, hula hooping and more.
• 11am – Healthy Living Centre
• 6pm – Queen’s Park Sports Centre 
• All attendees will be entered into a prize draw

? Bring Sally up challenge
• Take on the viral Bring Sally Up Challenge with squats or press ups

• Share your attempt on social media and tag us to be entered into a prize draw!

? Prize draw for everyone visiting our centres on National Fitness Day
• Pick up an entry form at reception when you visit
• Winners will be contacted by email within 7 days
• One entry per person (16+), prizes cannot be exchanged
