Refunds

Once a booking is made, tickets are non-refundable. We appreciate that life can sometimes get in the way, but as places are limited and preparation begins well in advance, we’re unable to offer refunds for any reason.

Transfers

If you are unable to attend the Menopause Mayhem series you’ve booked, your ticket may be transferred to the next Menopause Mayhem programme — provided you notify us by:

📅 Friday 28th November at 5:00 pm.

To request a transfer, please email liz@healthynewme.net before the deadline, explaining your reason for being unable to attend. Transfers requested after this time cannot be accepted.

Please note that:

• Transfers apply only to the next Menopause Mayhem series.
• If you miss individual sessions within your booked series, unfortunately, you cannot join another cohort to make up those sessions, and no refunds will be given for any missed sessions.

NHS Employee Discount

We’re proud to support our NHS heroes.

NHS employees can enjoy a 10% discount on their own ticket price.

To claim this discount, please contact Liz Eate by email at liz@healthynewme.net and provide proof of current NHS employment before booking.
