Winter Solstice Restorative Yoga Workshop with Ally

As we approach the darkest day of the year, take time to pause and retreat inward, creating space for reflection and renewal through the deeply nourishing practice of Restorative Yoga.
Soften into supported restorative postures using bolsters, blankets, and more, setting the stage for deep rest and relaxation.
Restorative yoga invites you to surrender fully into each posture, supporting balance in the nervous system, strengthening immunity, and reducing stress, among many other benefits.
This grounding, replenishing practice offers a space to slow down and align with the quiet, inward energy of the Winter Solstice and shift into the season with greater ease and clarity.
OPTIONAL: If you have a favorite cozy blanket or eye pillow, etc., option to bring any additional props to add to the coziness! If you'd like to journal in between poses freely or with some guidance, option to bring a notebook and pen.
