We will talk about emotions and our headspace, how writing can help to ‘out’ our true thoughts and feelings, while accepting the truth of what comes up, without judgement. How we can use our truth to make gentle changes that lead to being more peaceful more often.
We will also have a brief exploration with this, followed by a short meditation.
