Soul Karma - Free yoga class

Join us each week for Soul Karma, our free community class — a gift of yoga open to everyone, no matter your experience. This class is offered freely, with love and gratitude by new teachers who want to practice teaching.

If you’re in a position to do so, we welcome donations — either a small monetary contribution or an item for the local food bank. Together, we can spread positive energy beyond the mat.

Spaces are limited, so please book your place in advance.

A gift to the community. Open to all. No cost, just come as you are.
