Save the World (Wide Web)
This free event will explore the kaleidoscope of issues with young people online; how do we introduce and use more innovative learning approaches in schools to understand risk, improve resilience and recognise reality that we need to encourage safe behaviours rather than expect restrictive practices to bear fruit?
Save the World (Wide Web) will be an opportunity for school leaders, teachers, HEIs, Teacher Training providers and the wider cyber business world to connect and explore around the following themes:
current best practice for online and cyber safety learning in schools,
innovation in preparing student teachers to enter the modern, cyber aware classroom
how do we best support inclusive cyber learning?
Inclusive pathways into cyber related careers – the skills gap myth
Prevent, prevent, prevent! Preventing long term unhappiness

Refreshments and lunch will be provided and all are invited to attend a drinks reception at the conference close.
