About your workshop leader - Noel Earley

For the past 20 years, Noel has been at the forefront of designing, delivering, and coaching individuals through bespoke leadership and personal development programmes across the private, social enterprise, and not-for-profit sectors, all through his consultancy, Noel Earley Associates Ltd.

With over 30 years of experience, Noel truly understands the weight of accountability. Whether it’s driving results and impact, managing people and performance, overseeing audits, maximising budgets, ensuring health and safety, or delivering exceptional customer experiences, he has a wealth of expertise to draw from.

A particular area of passion for Noel is empowering leaders to unlock and maximise the potential of their teams. He helps them create environments where individuals have a clear sense of purpose, feel motivated to give their best, are appropriately challenged, and know they have the right support when needed.

Noel’s primary focus is building meaningful, productive relationships with clients, ensuring he can add the greatest value. In essence, he’s dedicated to supporting those who genuinely want to make a difference and help others thrive.

The community is at the heart of everything we do and we are committed to making a lasting difference in the lives of those who need it most.

Whether it’s funding initiatives that combat food poverty, helping those in recovery from addiction or, providing safe homes for vulnerable adults, our mission is to bring hope and positive change to those amongst us who need it most.
