This is a hands-on workshop designed to give you real tools for your healing journey, help you connect with others who understand what you have been through, and remind you that you do not have to figure this out alone.

Your facilitator is Dr. Jamie Eaddy, founder of Thoughtful Transitions and the visionary behind The Ratchet Grief Project. Dr. Eaddy brings expertise, warmth, and a no-judgment approach to helping people move through pain and into something better.

What to expect:
