Take a break from the hustle and bustle of the festive period to give back to yourself and your baby. Create a plan to take care of your emotional well-being, physical recovery while you bond with your new baby. This event is perfect for expectant parents (from 34 weeks pregnant) to unwind, share, get creative and plan for your Mindful Mamma postnatal period.
