WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR? (Prerequisites)

This workshop is designed for intermediate and advanced students ready to refine their technique and focus on performance quality.

To ensure a productive learning environment, students should be proficient with the following skills:

Mounts: Must be able to execute a clean, unassisted pull-up straddle and/or tuck inversion AND a pullover mount without jumping.

Core Vocabulary: Proficiency in Level 1 & up skills, including:

Gazelle

Mermaid

Single Knee Hang

Dragonfly

Front Balance

Straddle Back Balance
