Upon arrival, you’ll be invited to write down an insecurity, worry, or anything weighing you down — and leave it at the door. This is your permission slip to step into the space lighter, freer, and open to receive.
Hour 1: Sip, Snack & Socialize ??
Grab a bite, sip something refreshing, and connect with the community. This hour is all about laughter, conversation, and building sisterhood vibes before we dive deep.
Hour 2: Journal, Reflect & Release ??
Guided prompts and affirmations to help you unpack what’s on your heart. Write it out, release it, and step into your power with pen in hand.
Hours 3 & 4: Jiggle It Out ???
Time to WERK! Two full hours of movement, choreography, and twerk therapy. Shake off the stress, embody your affirmations, and celebrate yourself in motion.
