Participants will get a brief educational overview that will cover wood selection, tools, the inoculating and capping process, growing conditions and fruiting. Then we’ll work together to inoculate logs, while enjoying light refreshments.

The best part? Each participant will get to take home a small, inoculated log to grow their own mushrooms at home!

This class will be held indoors, rain or shine. Please dress for the weather, as we’ll be working in an unheated farm building.
