You’ll be guided into a calm, meditative state through soft spoken word and the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes and other therapeutic instruments. It’s a beautiful opportunity to pause, unwind, and connect while contributing to an important cause close to our hearts.

About Lexi

Lexie was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. Since then she’s shown incredible resilience — not only managing this lifelong condition every single day but also raising awareness of how it affects her life and inspiring others with her fundraising efforts.

Last November, Lexie ran over 100km to raise funds for Breakthrough T1D — a charity dedicated to treating, preventing and ultimately curing Type 1 Diabetes. Thanks to your amazing support, she raised an incredible £1,265 and was even nominated for the JustGiving Awards 2025!

This year, on 14 November – World Diabetes Day, the theme is “Diabetes and Well-Being.” Lexie’s vision is to turn the entire month of November into a Well-Being Month — raising awareness and vital funds while showing that living well with Type 1 Diabetes is possible.
