There are no steps to learn and nothing to perform.You do not need any dance or breathwork experience. You will be guided through the entire journey and invited to move in a way that feels true to you.FROM THE ROOM INTO YOUR LIFEBefore you leave, you will choose one real-world action.It could be sending the application, starting the page, having the conversation, asking for help, returning to your art, making a boundary or finally beginning the thing you cannot stop thinking about.After the experience, I will ask you to email me when you have done it.Because this cannot end as a beautiful feeling you once had in a room.The way you live affects more than you.It affects your child, your partner, your friends, your colleagues and the woman watching you do the thing she is still afraid to do.When you begin taking your own ideas seriously, you give somebody else permission to take hers seriously.
