Chester Rotary proudly celebrates Dr. Seuss Day by reading to our local first graders and youth throughout the community. Volunteers will share beloved Dr. Seuss stories, sparking a love of reading and imagination. Every first grader will receive a Dr. Seuss book to take home and enjoy.
