Backyard Orchard Planning Class

Would you love to have your own apple trees at home, but have no idea where to start? We can help!

This class will help you take the leap to start or expand your backyard orchard.

All participants in our Backyard Orchard Planning class will walk away with:
1) A better understanding of what varietals and rootstocks will work for their needs
2) Knowledge of planting location, tree spacing, and overall layout to optimize growth and production
3) Pollination and soil testing musts
4) The confidence to select and plant your own fruit trees
5) A customized plan for your own backyard orchard!

This class will be held in our unheated farm store and may include a walk in the orchard. Please dress for the day’s weather. $25 per person.
