You will learn how to maintain starter, make dough, and successfully make a beautiful loaf of bread. We will go over the "why" of fermented foods as well as the "how". Additional items will be available for purchase such as loaves of bread, full sourdough kits, and all of the wonderful offerings here at the farm. This is a non-refundable class if canceled within 3 days of the class. In the event that you cannot make the class, you are welcome to send someone in your place or contact Crystal or Marie to pick up your kit within 24-48 hours. You will bring home written material of everything covered in class, plus recipes, fresh starter, dough to make at home, and a mini loaf of fresh bread.
