I invite you to join me for a transformative 6-week Traditional Hatha Yoga journey — a space to reconnect with your body, quiet the mind, and create balance in your life.

Each 90-minute session offers time to explore:
🌿 Meditation — cultivating inner peace, stillness of mind and body

🌬 Breathwork (Pranayama) — harnessing the power of the breath to balance energy and calm the nervous system

🧘‍♀️ Postures (Asanas) — building strength and flexibility while finding balance between effort and ease

💫 Deep Relaxation — releasing tension and restoring harmony to body and mind

🌙 Yoga Nidra — a guided journey into profound rest and renewal

✨ Why 6 Weeks?

Hatha Yoga is a practice of balance — of sun and moon, strength and softness, body and mind. 

By working in 6-week blocks, each week gently builds on the last. You’ll have the chance to explore postures more deeply, layer in new breathwork techniques, and let meditation become more natural. 

This way, the practice doesn’t just stay on the mat — it begins to ripple into your everyday life, helping you feel more grounded, centred, and connected to your true self.
