Our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training includes a 9-day retreat portion in the Asheville, NC area to absorb ourselves in teachings… nourished by the beauty and sacred energy of the Asheville mountains, waterfalls and trails, and inspired by local community, artists, food, music and beyond ✨
We’ll continue with immersions In-Person at DYA in Chester, NJ, and a few online sessions.
