CYHSC Sound Bath Experience and Narcan Training

Discover how sound can be a powerful tool for relaxation, healing, and overall well-being. Studies have shown that sound can positively influence physical, mental, and emotional health. This immersive sound bath invites participants to sit or lie comfortably while experiencing the calming vibrations of crystal quartz singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, ocean rain disks, drums, chimes, and more. Allow the soothing sounds to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and inner balance. The event will also include Narcan training offered by Chesprocott.
