- **Event Description**: The Cheshire Symphony Orchestra will present their Spring Concert to be held at 7:30 PM on March 20th at St. Peter’s Church 59 Main Street Cheshire CT. The concert will feature Piano Concerto No. 1 in G minor Frédéric Chopin, Piano Soloist, Gabriel Landstedt and Symphony in D minor César Franck First-time concertgoers and seasoned audience members alike are encouraged to attend and experience the power of live orchestral music.Admission to the concert is $15 for adults $10 for students and seniors and children 5 and under are free. Tickets can be purchased at the door with cash or check.The Cheshire Symphony which was formed in 198  is a civic orchestra comprised of about 50 dedicated volunteer musicians drawn from many central Connecticut communities. Musicians range in age from high school students to retirees. Despite our varying backgrounds we all share a passion for playing classical and pops music at our personal and collective best. From September through May we rehearse on Monday evenings from 7:15-9:15 at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church Cheshire CT and perform four concerts each year at the same location.
