Author Event: Gabriel Milano!

Join us in the ReRead bookstore on Saturday, March 7 at 10 am for a book reading and signing event featuring local fantasy author Gabriel Milano! He recently released his second chapter book in the Aria’s Adventures book series, about an adventurous and compassionate young red headed girl named Aria. Aria’s people have the unique ability to feel what other people are feeling; because of this, she can speak with animals, since she is able to read their emotions. In her many journeys, Aria and her friends learn about empathy, friendship, and how to deal with her own emotions and the emotions of others, as well as how to confront people who have less capacity for empathy. Copies of the book will be available for purchase!

Whether he is watching an engaging movie or reading a fantasy novel by Brandon Sanderson or J.R.R. Tolkien, Gabriel Milano is constantly consuming some new tale, trying to find out what makes that story great. He studied philosophy and theology at Franciscan University of Steubenville, and would later receive a Master’s degree in Theology in Marriage and Family at the John Paul II Institute in Washington, DC, where he would come to more deeply understand the human person. Over the years following that, Gabriel has written multiple articles and given countless talks on virtue and human thriving. Gabriel has spent many years now perfecting his world, as well as his his craft, to bring you his Aria’s Adventures book series – the first of which is “Gaining a Guardian”. Each book is infused with themes that give us insights into real human thriving.
