Her journey began in 2016 while living in Charlottesville, where she took her first Kundalini Yoga class with Crystal Oliver (Sohan Raj). She immediately felt a profound connection, and through consistent practice began to notice a powerful shift in her life. This transformation led her to complete her teacher training in 2019 under Jai Gopal Khalsa, deepening her practice and passion for guiding others. A U.S. Army veteran, Tammy brings discipline, resilience, and dedication to her work — qualities that now infuse her approach to both fitness and yoga.
