Join us for an Intro to KhoreoPils workshop with Keva Price where the joy of dancing and the benefits of Pilates are joined together!

KhoreoPils, often abbreviated as KPils, offers a diverse range of workouts. KPils are an innovative fusion of dance conditioning, physical therapy, and Pilates-inspired sequences set to music. Some sequences specifically target certain areas of the body, while others provide a comprehensive full-body workout. KhoreoPIls are not only a way to prehab and improve wellness but also a fun, simple choreography to a catchy tune.
In the Intro to KhoreoPils Workshop students will experience:
1. Dance inspired Pilates movement sequences to music, a fun way to get in a workout, check out the posts below for an example
2. Understand proprioception and why it's important in dance and life
3. Understand the benefits of improved proprioception, including looking better on the dance floor and feeling your best during your workday.

Instructor Bio: Keva Price
Keva Price, a physical therapist, nationally certified Pilates instructor, and dancer with over 20 years of experience, is a movement specialist dedicated to empowering individuals with busy lives. Through virtual and in-person classes and private sessions, she imparts knowledge, skills, and movements that enhance wellness in creative ways.
Keva's journey to creating KhoreoPils, a dance Pilates exercise, stemmed from her struggles with joint pain. This innovative fusion of dance conditioning, physical therapy, and Pilates-inspired sequences set to music emerged as a means for her healing and return to an active lifestyle.
