You can’t always control life or your circumstances, but you do have the power to control your state. Creating inner calm and stillness is only a few breaths away. 

Breathwork, an ancient practice, that utilizes conscious breathing to empower individuals to gain control over their emotional states. Guided breathwork facilitates the release of stress, the processing of stored emotions, and creates a space for clarity, healing, and renewal.

No prior breathwork experience is necessary—this journey is designed for everyone, whether you're a beginner or looking to deepen your connection to love and self-compassion. Come as you are, bring an open heart, and leave feeling lighter, more connected, and ready to share love with yourself and the world. 

We will have yoga mats, blankets, pillows & cushions however you are welcome to bring your own as well to meet your ideal comfort level. Please bring water and a journal, if you would like. Let your breath guide you as you awaken the infinite power of love within.
