ACRO YOGA PRACTICE JAM is informal gathering for beginner to advanced levels, where we gather practice whatever skills we know, work on new skills, finesse our techniques, plus teach each other basic "taster" techniques, skills, and flows with others.

NO EXPERIENCE?? NO PROBLEM.  ACRO YOGA 101! Just ask and we will be happy to show you the basics and get you hooked into the fun activities. You will learn the basics of the “AcroYoga 101: Beginners Flow” to immerse you in the joys and fun of Acro. Be careful, you may get hooked. Start stretching your hamstrings.

WHAT IS ACRO YOGA: Join us and learn the fun of Acrobatics and Yoga to empower you to embody the practice with grace, ease & joy. Acro Yoga poses and flows will help develop confidence & coordination in various techniques in L-base, Standing, Lifts, Counterbalances, & Lots of Laughter! Acro Jams are for everybody and every body and every skill level - Beginners through Advanced. Safety always first.


SLACKLINE: Test your balance on the Slacklines and learn new skills.

YOGA SWINGS: Aerial yoga swing set up for fun exercise and releasing tension. Or hang out and take a nap.

FLOW ARTS JAMS: Bring your poi, batons, juggling, staffs and any other flow arts to share.

Bring water bottle, yoga mats, snacks, cushions, cameras, towel, ideas, and smiles. Hang out, fly or base, stretch, chill, laugh, observe, learn some cool stuff & most importantly HAVE FUN!
