Songwriting with Brian Corry from Mums the Word

Required materials: pen, paper, acoustic instrument

Join Brian Corry, primary songwriter for Mums the Word, and experience the songwriting process in miniature using a tool called The Chord Wheel (by Jim Flesser). You will get to know the entire group and each member will write one short song before the conclusion of the workshop!

Dance and Exercise with Ginny from Mums the Word & The Bally Girls

Required materials: yoga mat

Join Ginny, the charismatic lead singer of Mums the Word and leader of The Bally Girls choreographed dance team! She will guide you through a series of stretches, exercises, and dance moves outside on the Woodstock Trading Co lawn.
