The form needs to be filled out and emailed back to us immediately! incomplete applications will not be processed. If you have any questions, please ask before submitting your application distribution will be on August 5. It’s a Tuesday in Maple Shade at 53 S. Maple, which is the Maple Shade fire department. We will have clothing and shoes and things that we had last year along with backpacks and other things that we will get donated. If we reach a certain amount we will stop taking them so I suggest you fill them out. Please make sure you tell your employers if you have any that you would need an hour or two to pick up the book bags if your children are in high school we do not need them There. We’re trying to get Eagles alumni players and Eagles alumni cheerleaders to show up at this event. More details will follow if you miss this event. It’s very possible you will not be allowed to apply for holiday help unless you cancel in a timely manner we will not accept no-show. No calls into our Christmas season. This holds the same truth you must be the parent or legal guardian show proof you live at the address and a birth certificate.
