Yoga: Props Workshop
A 2.5 hour workshop that will throw light on the role of props in yoga. This workshop will be a combination of practice and discussion, enabling you with the knowledge and tools that you need to safely incorporate props into your yoga practice. You will discover the underlying principles to the application of props in Yoga. We will systematically approach all the groups of postures ( standing, seated, back bends, forward bends, arm balance, twists etc ) and understand how to create a balanced Hatha practice using props.
