Please see the attachment containing Brochure for One day Welding Course on the Topic "Welding Processes and Technologies" (WPT-2026).
The course is planning to conduct on 06-02-2026 Friday at Hotel Radha Regent, Arumbakkam, Chennai in two different languages namely Tamil and Hindi in two separate halls. The Course material / PPT will be in English. Explanations by the speakers are in Tamil and Hindi respectively. (Two Parallel halls ).
There will be invited lectures by eminent people from research & educational institutions and industries on the following topics:
1. Conventional and Advanced Welding Processes
2. Welding Power Source
3. Selection of Consumables
4. Welding Metallurgy and Material Behavior
5. Welding Codes & Standards
and also, one exclusive session for practical demonstrations is planned for self-evaluation by the participants on topics, radiography films interpretation, destructive tested specimens (Tensile & Bent, Macro defects) and welding simulations.
This Course is beneficial for the Welders, Welding Operators, Students, Faculty, Welding Supervisor/Inspector, Welding Engineers, Trainers from Heavy Fabrication & Power Industries, Defense, Railway, Nuclear, Automobile, Engineering Manufacturing, Ship-building, Training Institutes & MSMEs.
It is expected 100 + participants for Tamil language and 50+ participants in Hindi language.
It is decided to publish advertisements in the course materials from the companies and sponsors.
