Vipassana meditation is a sitting meditation technique that involves watching our breath and body patiently to recognise what is really going on within us. Often we are lost in the clutter of facing life's circumstances that we do not have the time to rest and refresh. Thus Vipassana helps bring peace in the mind and connects us deeply to our own bodies and minds.
The meditation is facilitated by Samatha Sharma, an artist and Reiki Therapist who running a center for alternative health called Energy Clinic. The meditation group also meets consistently every month to keep up our practice, you are welcome to join our whatsapp group to stay informed.
Any adult with or without previous experience with meditation is welcome. You will have two 25 minute sittings with one 5 minute break in between.
