With deep expertise in strategy, mentorship, and growth support, Devanand firmly believes that transformative ideas and ambitious entrepreneurs shape the future—making him an inspiring voice for the startup community.

This month’s Pathfinder Speaker is Boniface Pascalraj , Head of Incubation Programs at SSN iFound. With over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience, Boniface has become a key ecosystem enabler by designing impactful incubation programs, guiding startups on scaling, branding, and fundraising, and facilitating strategic partnerships. Under his leadership, SSN iFound has achieved national prominence, generating over 400 incubation leads. Known for his expertise in fundraising, B2B sales, and innovation, Boniface continues to be a driving force in shaping Tamil Nadu’s startup culture.
