I want to make art.And so I present to you Kala-Aksharam An Art Open Mic Series.- The CuratorAn Open Mic Experience of a different kind the intent of Kala-Aksharam is to create a space where discussion upon art can be had in a more technical genre-centric aspect all while providing for a cohesive environment to interact with like-minded individuals instead of a "formal" setting.The Idea? We start with a small presentation by a featured artist of the specific genre allowing them to talk about the history of in this case Pop Art and then display their own works explaining their interpretation of it followed up by links to both International and Indian artists for the attendees to follow and learn further from.After that an art open mic where Performers/Artists who have submitted works in the chosen genre get to talk about their work explaining their concept and whatever else they wish to speak of about their art.And then? Wada and Tea. And an hour spent in the company of everyone else simply sketching as you talk about the art.So please do join us for an evening of words art and thoughts.
